After sharing the stage with a vast array of artists, North Carolina based artists Laura Reed & Deep Pocket dropped their debut album Soul:Music on October 1st and is once again hitting the open road to support it. Expect a wildly versatile array of musical styles, from African to Latin to Reggae, accompanying Reed's soulful, yet funky vocals; it's a euphoric musical bubble-bath in your ears. Her music is a conscious reflection of her early years growing up in Johannesburg, South Africa as well as the American south. Alongside Ms. Reed shall be her amazingly talented band Deep Pocket.
